What is it

Treatment of raised scars (keloids and hypertrophic scars). Redness is treated with GV laser and Hollywood Spectra, and the raised area is resolved with keloid injection (intralesional injection).

Who is it for

Keloids on the ears, chest, shoulders and elsewhere; hypertrophic scars after surgery, trauma, or cesarean section; scars accompanied by itching or pain.

How long is the downtime? Can I fly home or go sightseeing the next day?

Temporary pain and bruising at the injection site are possible; no interference with daily life.

Does it hurt? What kind of anaesthesia do you use? (Is sedation available?)

There is pain during the intralesional injection. The Liftique painless system is applied — anesthetic cream, painless injection, nerve block, and oral analgesics are administered individually at no additional cost. Sleep sedation is available if needed (8 hours of fasting required, ₩200,000).

When will I see results? How long do they last?

With repeated treatment, the scar gradually flattens and redness and symptoms subside.
