Consultation is available in English, Chinese and Japanese through our international channels, and you can follow up with us after you fly home. Your treatment is carried out by a board-certified dermatologist in Sinsa, Gangnam. This page covers what patients ask before they travel — languages, booking, payment, downtime and getting here.
Letting us know the treatments you are interested in, your preferred visit date and time, and your preferred consultation language helps us respond faster. If you also send a photo of the area you are concerned about, we can give you more specific advice.
In addition to the above, letting us know how long you will be in Korea (your arrival and departure dates) allows us to advise on treatments and recovery time that fit your schedule.
You can book via WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk or by phone (02-543-2829). For overseas patients we recommend booking 1–2 weeks before your visit, and the sooner the better once your preferred date is confirmed.
Depending on availability, treatment on the same day as your consultation is often possible. However, if you are visiting from overseas we recommend booking in advance to secure your slot, and for treatments requiring sedation we will let you know beforehand as 8 hours of fasting is needed.
If your travel dates are set, let us know at your consultation and we will recommend treatments that fit your schedule.
For most treatments, including Ulthera, Thermage and Botox, flying on the same day or the next day poses no problem. Most treatments allow you to return to daily life immediately afterwards.
For fillers and skin boosters we recommend allowing 1–2 days so swelling can be monitored. However, after injections and fillers we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, saunas and alcohol for 2–3 days to prevent swelling and bruising from worsening.
However, CO2 laser, thread lifting and combined acne-scar procedures require more downtime. Ulthera, Thermage and Onda may cause temporary redness or swelling, but this subsides naturally within a few days. For treatments with downtime, tell us your departure date at your consultation and we will plan accordingly.
Domestically issued cards can be paid in instalments subject to your card issuer’s terms. Overseas-issued cards are charged in a single payment; to convert to instalments, please contact your card issuer.
We publish prices on every treatment page. All prices are in KRW and 10% VAT is charged separately. The final cost is confirmed at your in-person consultation according to the scope of treatment required, and we will set out the total clearly at that time.
The VAT refund scheme for foreign patients receiving cosmetic medical treatment was abolished in Korea from 2026, so VAT refunds are not currently available.
You are welcome to come for a consultation only. The fee is ₩44,000 (VAT included). It is waived if your same-day treatment total is ₩100,000 or more (excluding VAT).
